Our home established residency in the Friendswood community over 30 years ago. Our success is directly related to our commitment in providing excellence in patient care.

We emcompass a team of quailified physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, restorative nursing and skilled nurses who identify and promote a plan of care that is specific to each person. We at Friendswood strive in assisting patients in reaching and maintaining their maximum potential.

Meet our Administrator

Rose LaBarbera has been with Health Services Management since 2005. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and earned her Administrators License in 2007. Rose has been the Administrator of Friendswood Healthcare Center since March, 2007.
