Department Supervisors

• Administrator: Rose LaBarbera: Rose has been with Health Srevices Management since 2005. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. She earned her Administrator License in 2007 and has worked at Friendswood Healthcare Center since March of 2007.


• Admissions Director/Marketing: Angel Crosson, LVN: Is ready to assist you in your journey to finding a compassionate home like enviornment for the one whom always cared for you. She is dedicated to helping you because she understands this is an important and crucial time in you and your loved ones life. Please feel free to call her with any admission questions or concerns you may have. Tours of our home are always welcomed either by appointment or walk in.


• Director of Nursing: Amy Bradshaw, RN: Amy has been working for Friendswood Healthcare Center for 3 years and it is her top priority that the residents and family members are completely satisfied. She leads an impressive nursing team as teamwork and the love of our residents always come first. She looks forward to meeting new residents and family members, as her door is always open.


• Assistant Director of Nursing: Kathy Shelly, LVN: Kathy has 18 years experience in nursing, 16 of those years she has dedicated herself to long term care. She is focused on providing excellence in nursing care. She became a nurse because she was the primary caregiver to her grandmother and it was then she realized the difference in one's life she could make. She is looking forward to being your future nurse advocate.


• Activities Director: Cindy Gard: Cindy is our truly inspiring director of activities. She and her collaborations of volunteers, staff, and pupils who are devoted to the quality of life participate in various types of mental, physical and social activities. She welcomes any and all family members who wish to become a part of our activities program


• Human Resources/Payroll: Natalie Frank: Natalie specializes in communication, personnel profiles, employee new hires, insurance benefits and 401k. She has 14 years experience in Long Term Care and accounts payable, exel and spin downs. Natalie also holds a license as a Certified Nursning Assistant.


• Office Manager: Marilyn Monroe Taylor: Marilyn is certified and has 18 years experience in business. She has been a member of the Friendswood Healthcare Center team for 8 years. Marilyn specializes in MCR billing, MCD billing, Managed Care billing and Trust Fund Reconciliations.


• Director of Rehabilitation: Yolanda Henry: Yolanda has been a team member of Friendswood Healthcare for five years. She is a graduate of Texas Woman University with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Psychology. She has 15 years experience in Long-Term Care with extensive training in Alzheimer's/Dementia and Neurological developmental techniques for stroke population.


• MDS Coordinator: Delfina Gonzales: Delfina has 42 years experience as a LVN. She has dedicated 13 years of that experience to Friendswood Healthcare Center. Delfina has experience as a charge nurse and has worked as an Assistant Director of Nurses.
